Röttinger and Superpath approach for hip arthroplasty

In hip surgery, doctor Delcroix mainly uses the Röttinger approach and the voie supra troncharienne Superpath. These are technics of minimal invasive surgery of the hip and allows to operate the hip joint without any section in muscle.

Thanks to the absence of muscle section, blood loss is much lower than for a conventional surgery. This also makes it possible to significantly reduce the postoperative pain (regarding the age of the patient).
